This ensures confirmed availability and a smooth booking experience.

When you make a booking, your card will be pre-authorised for the estimated journey amount.

Pre-authorisation temporarily reserves the funds but does not immediately charge your card.

For bookings made by phone or message, you will receive a secure payment link to complete the advance payment.

After your journey is completed, the final fare, including any additional charges such as waiting time or route changes, will be confirmed and the correct amount will be processed.

If no additional charges apply, only the agreed fare will be captured.

We monitor incoming flights for airport bookings. If your flight is delayed, your pick-up time will be adjusted accordingly.

Yes, bookings can be cancelled or amended subject to our cancellation policy. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Airport bookings include complimentary waiting time after landing. Standard bookings include a short grace period.

Additional waiting time may be charged.
